Mantegna Palace, prestigious apartments in the heart of Palermo

THE PROJECT

Built at the end of the eighteenth century by the Mantegna family, Princes of Ganci, on the corner of Piazza Marina and Corso Vittorio Emanuele in the heart of Palermo’s historic center, the building underwent reorganization works overseen by engineer Giuseppe Albeggiani in the late nineteenth century.

The project aims to restore authenticity to Palazzo Mantegna through a complete renovation that enhances its eighteenth-century architecture. The apartments, available in various sizes, will be unique spaces featuring balconies and terraces that offer evocative views and incredible natural light thanks to the building’s triple exposure. Ceilings over 3.5 meters high, refined taste, and premium materials will combine to create environments of great charm and comfort. The restoration will also include the common areas, providing an exclusive living experience in the most authentic heart of Palermo.

Location, location!

Palazzo Mantegna stands in the most vibrant area of Palermo’s historic center, between the sea of the Foro Italico and the Cala, and the treasures of Corso Vittorio Emanuele and Piazza Marina. Thanks to its triple exposure on Piazza Marina, Via Bottai, and Corso Vittorio Emanuele, the palace overlooks an exclusive corner of Palermo’s historic center, where art, culture, and lifestyle meet.
